Appelusa is a Bronze Medal World Champion artistic roller skater and currently teaches roller skating classes as well as a fusion of yoga, breathwork, and sound therapy on island. She is a recent graduate of Maharishi International University studying Consciousness and Ayurveda. As a certified Breathwork facilitator, she teaches the benefits of coherent breathing and intermittent hypoxia training. Additionally, Appelusa founded Light Body Energetics, a private holistic practice and she is certified in Biofield Tuning, Vibrational Fascia Release, Reiki, Aura & Chakra Biofeedback and Soma Breath®. She is currently working on a certification to become a functional medicine practitioner through Functional Diagnostic Nutrition.
